OK...Now What?

Made level 30 over the weekend and now kind of at a loss about what to do next.  I ran the 1-man dailys (?) under the On Duty window and noticed that there are others I can group to do.  

So, my two questions:

1.  Where do I go/what do I concentrate on now?

2.  Anyone willing to give me a hand?  :)

I guess my first goal would be to gather up the MoT's to collect up a decent set of Controller gear and start learning that aspect of my character. Correct?

You would yes want to collect MOT's more now threw solo's and duo's to open alerts the better the gear the more instances you will open .
